Charles Manson’s Parole Hearing 2012
by Haze
Thinking about the charade of a word – “justice” – after watching these fools hold a “parole hearing” for Charles on April 11, 2012-
reiterating the crimes of August, 1969, and their severity.
But Charles was not present – at either dates.
Parole Board Puppet, John Peck’s “grave concerns”-
“Since you’ve been incarcerated you have had one hundred and eight (108) 115’s, um, your most recent 115 was on 10.4.2011. for possession of an inmate manufactured weapon”
(an arm of a pair of reading glasses that were “manufactured” as a hobby tool that many inmates possess, which was so “weapon”-like that it could fit into a pen! For which Charles was given a draconian sentence of 15 months in the hole, a small detail conveniently left out)
“that (shaking of the head) concerns us greatly that you are still having weapons in prison, um we also know that you had a cell phone recently also and, uh cell phones
(pause with seriousness and head shake)
are a huge concern to us, uh, you can make unmonitored phone calls with that cell phone, uh you could and be involved in criminal behaviors with that cell phone (shaking of head) um, cell phones um, extremely concern this panel, um…” This guy goes on with plenty more um’s and uh’s and explains how “in this case the life crime does have a difference” and that “this life crime was especially heinous atrocious and cruel. Multiple victims were attacked um, and killed um, many of the victims were abused uh, mutilated uh during and after the offense.
(Charles WATSON’s “heinous atrocious and cruel” offenses)
It was truly carried out in a manner that except
that demonstrates exceptionally callous disregard for human suffering
(in context, chronologically, I think of the My Lai massacre of 1968 as but one “exceptionally callous disregard of human suffering” that Pecks beloved country has orchestrated- I think of many others also)
um we have not yet in any of our documents seen any indication of remorse… UM … we have no indication that you have any kind of insight on the causative factors of the life crime. You have absolutely no parole plans um, you had a significant drug problem while you were in society and this drug problem is still unresolved you’ve been involved in absolutely no rehabilitative programs or self help to address your subs abuse history… UM … I think, um, the statement that you made to the psychologist, or the psychiatrist in the (bunkum) assessment told us um a lot of what we needed to know and I’m want to make sure I get this right so I’m just gonna’ read what it- what you told Dr. Reed and you said, um,
‘I AM SPECIAL. I AM NOT LIKE THE AVERAGE INMATE. I HAVE PUT FIVE PEOPLE IN THE GRAVE. I’VE BEEN IN PRISON MOST OF MY LIFE. I AM A VERY DANGEROUS MAN.’
And this panel agrees with that statement.”

LAW AND ORDER
“The law has got so old – and so out of touch – with reality.
Because the laws were written on the back of horses.
People had never traveled over 50 miles an hour, they’d had to be running
down hill on a race horse or something like that.
In other words, it took a year to get from New York to California.
It took two or three years to sail around the world – now they do that in a couple hours.
I mean, you know the law doesn’t even fit.
Your International Law is not even covering anything because
you don’t really have no base of operation and law –
you need a One World Government if you’re gonna’ catch up with Law and Order.
The Law and Order is not Law and Order it’s just a movie –
and the production cost is your children.
You gotta’ lock your kids up in juvenile hall
to give all the detectives their importance,
so they can play their little ego games about “crime” that they’ve already legalized.
You go to Mexico and other countries if you break what they wanna’ call the “law” they just shoot you.
So you have to remember this –
“the outlaws had us pinned down at the fort…”

That parole board is nothing but a joke.
I wrote to Charles since he’s been in solitaire. Another inmate that was also in the security housing area got my name and address out of the trash and wrote me a couple of times. When he arrived there, Charlie was alread there, he’s since been released from SHU. He was there for assualting an officer. How can Charlie have gotten so much time for contraband, and someone who actually assaults an officer get’s less? I wrote the warden and told her how unjust I thought it was, I don’t think it did much good though.
The reason he was given more time was because they didn’t charge him with contraband for this little tool- they presented it as a
“manufactured weapon”.
George Vreeland Hill-
If Charles Manson were not alive- then what? Would you feel safer?
In lieu of most peoples strict adherence to conventional belief it is understandable that you also would be piously glued to the story you have been told about Charles Manson, a flimsy, wavering regurgitated tale first spun by Bugliosi and his “Helter Skelter”.
But there are many who see the Truth.
The Truth of Bugliosi’s lying and violent nature.
The Truth of a corrupt proceeding which should have been ruled a mistrial after Nixon publicly condemned Charles- which made front page news everywhere.
The Truth of a blatant cover up orchestrated to try and silence a man who
does not live within the confines of a corrupt judeo-christian morality.
A man clearly denied his constitutional rights.
And then there is also the Truth of the actual perpetrator’s own words from the book he himself wrote-
“Self-preservation won out in court and I admitted only what I felt I had to, what the prosecution already knew. I admitted shooting or stabbing everyone at the Tate house except Sharon. I denied killing her since Bugliosi and a previous jury were convinced Susan Atkins had done it. I claimed that Linda had driven to 10050 Cielo Drive, and tried to lay all the evidence of premeditation on Charlie or one of the girls. Also, since all the other witnesses to the events outside the LaBianca house had said that Charlie went in alone to tie up the victims, I went along with that story, figuring it made me look that much less responsible.”
— Charles “Tex” Watson, from “Will You Die For Me?” 1978
So before you are so quick to judge something or someone that you are clearly ignorant of, and about, I think it would be wise of you to dare look further into it, like all things- free of fear, and formulate your own thoughts, Truths, and lies on (and of) its genesis.
